So I’m starting to feel really good.
I have been eating really healthy and working out and it’s starting to pay off. I usually keep myself in decent shape but I gained around 40lbs after I turned 21. I’ve lost 30. 10 more pounds and I’ll be ecstatic. Plus I’ve gotten much more muscular lately. My body is getting firmer with some places that have little or no fat on them. Losing weight has not been easy and it’s taken forever because I love to eat, but I also love to workout. I like being really strong. My arms are starting to be defined and so is my stomach. It’s so exciting and fufilling to actually watch your body change with effort.
